Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs, if any, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
Not the right fit? You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number to start a return, and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats and litter cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
